Well situated for visits to coast (Burnham on Sea less commercial than Weston Super Mare, both beaches clean & well kept) & inland (we visited Glastonbury, Street, Bristol Zoo and Bath as well as the obvious Cheddar Gorge) The on-site pool was of good size + children's pool & wasn't busy. The lodge was very well equipped and was spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 babies. The decked terrace was large, and was a real bonus for the toddlers. We recommend the Chinese & Indian take aways in Cheddar - good food, good value & friendly staff. |
