I would definitely recommend this holiday as the park is lovely - my two children loved it, and the Windsor Caravan we stayed in was really nice and clean. I have been visiting Skirlington since I was ten years old - the park is one of the best I have ever been to and the accommodation like a home from home!

Excellent value for money and a really good family holiday location with plenty to do on site and lots of places to visit nearby.

Reviewed by: Mrs M - Bishop Auckland Date of stay: 2007 Campsite Rating
I would certainly recommend Skirlington to families as it has a lot to offer. We will certainly come back because there was something for all of the family - my husband is a keen fisherman and he was fishing at the lake everyday which he thouroughly enjoyed. There are not many holiday parks that have fishing, entertainment, shops, parks, and let dogs stay - they either have some things and not the other but this park had everything!
