| Overall the site is a fantastic base, very clean and friendly for a busy and well used park. The prices are very reasonable, food in Bobby's Diner is good for the price, kids entertainment team work hard, lifeguards in the pool were very attentive and were looking out for all of the kids (we swim a lot at home and this is not something we get in our local pool very often) and whilst the site is small it catered for nearly all of our needs and we were traveling with 3 adults, a 3 year old and a 2 week old baby so well done all, as you managed to give us an enjoyable week and a great price we could afford. |

| The best holiday we have had this year. It was very relaxing and enjoyable, having a children's club while us ladies could enjoy without constant "mum i'm bored" was a relief and the kids really enjoyed themselves. It was really quiet at night time. The club also didn't start until 10.30am so it gave us time to have a sleep in and not rush to get ready. |

| Lovely Park, well positioned for exploring Yarmouth and surrounding area, minutes from the beach and lovely accommodation at a very reasonable rate, we will definitely be going back :) |

| I've divorced very recently and this was my first time to show the kids that I'm still going to be around and there for them other than when they've stayed every other weekend. What a great week, couldn't have asked for more! |

| Excellent location close to a fantastically clean beach. Spacious accommodation with good housekeeping standards, friendly staff and a well maintained site. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. |

| This is a lovely, clean, quiet site that is very close to a great beach. It is close to all the amenities of Great Yarmouth but has a warm, friendly, family feel. It was excellent value for money and although the accommodation was basic it had everything we needed. |
