Situated on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, just a short drive from the bright lights of Great Yarmouth. The nearby beaches and attractions are perfect for fun days out, or discover charming villages nearby.

This large Park has two great villages just a short walk apart along a country lane. Choose Yare Village for family fun and superb entertainment and Bure Village for a quieter base from which to explore the area. Guests are welcome to use the facilities at both.

In the evening come along to our Showbars for some great new shows, tribute bands and Sparky’s Krew Club fun. We’ve also kept the best bits from previous years with cabaret acts, visiting bands, exclusive shows, theme nights and lots more for the whole family.

Get active with our Sports & Water Resorts Programmes! The kids will have great fun meeting other children whilst they get their daily exercise. We also offer swimming classes for parents with toddlers and a specially designed programme to help improve water confidence.

From Gt.Yarmouth on the A12 towards Lowestoft go straight over 2 roundabouts. Take the exit signposted Burgh Castle. At the bottom of the slip road, turn right at the lights, signposted Diss and Beccles. Continue on the Beccles Road for 1.5 miles and after 100 metres turn right signposted Burgh Castle and Belton. At the mini roundabout turn right onto Stepshort. Continue along this road and Bure Village is on the right, Yare Village is on the left a further 600metres along.

There is plenty going on close to our Park throughout the season. We have tried to capture the best bits, and our staff will also offer advice on what is happening in the local area. From walking festivals to music festivals, food & drink fairs and carnivals, make sure you don’t miss anything during your holiday with us.

Our static caravans are graded according to the level of furnishings, fixtures and fittings. These holiday homes provide a comfortable and affordable option for your stay. Gold accommodation is 12 foot wide as standard, with the added bonus of bedroom heating, making this the ideal option for space and comfort all season through. Silver caravan holiday homes offer a superior level of furnishings and comfort, for you and your family to relax. Silver caravans have the option of either 10 foot or 12 foot wide and a choice of either 2 or 3 bedroom models sleeping up to 8 people, all for the price you pay. Bronze Accommodation,this is our most affordable accommodation option, promising comfort at fantastic value. Your dog can even stay too. Bronze Accommodation is the only grade of accommodation permitting dogs (up to a maximum of 2 per accommodation).Bronze caravans are 10ft wide as standard and you can expect a colour TV, gas fire, fridge, oven and microwave as a minimum. We have specially adapted 2 bedroom caravan holiday homes, at most of our Parks, for guests with special mobility requirements. Accessible Caravans,you will find a convenient access ramp, wider sliding doors and easy wheelchair access to the dining room, there will also be a fully fitted bathroom with appropriate WC, sink & shower facilities.
